Dear Grandparents,
Thank you for recently babysitting our kiddos, I know that when they are with you they are in good hands and always sticking to their normal rules and routines.
Thank you Grandparents, for giving Emmy an ink pen. She’s completely trustworthy with things that are permanent.
Thank you Grandparents, for sticking to the two packs of fruit snacks rule a day. Sure, Chris came home saying you gave him four at a time, several times a day – but I know he was just kidding around.
Thank you Grandparents, for giving Emmy her very own Dr. Pepper. It was about time that baby knew about things other than milk, water, and occasional juices.
Thank you Grandparents for the well balanced meals you gave the kiddos. Two Happy Meals in 24 hours is on that food group chart, right?
Thank you Grandma for making sure Emmy had a time out after running into the street. I love the expression of shock and awe on Emmy’s face that her Grandma actually put her in time out.
In all seriousness, thank you so much for watching my babies and keeping them safe. They always have fun with their grandparents, and we’re so lucky to have you!
Grandparents Rule!
Yes, they definitely do!
This is soooo funny Sarah!!! Made me laugh and cry as I am one of those grandparents myself!!!!
I bet you are an AWESOME Grandma Aunt Kitty (just like the ones mentioned in this post). 🙂
L-O-V-E reading your posts. They make me smile!
I love your blog too Ash! Your girls are getting so big and I love that I can see pics and hear stories of Hudson as he grows up, it makes me feel like we’re still talking everyday!
